Picture this: You’re deep in meditation, the kind where you’re so zen, you could practically float. Suddenly, a ghost pops up. Not just any ghost — a spooky, wispy one straight out of a horror movie, complete with glowing eyes and maybe a haunting tune in the background. But instead of running for the hills or whipping out your sage, a Tibetan monk would simply shrug and say, “Eh, just ignore it.”
