Sorry, but your comment is factually incorrect about the use of the run-off system as unconstitutional.

Currently, several states use run-off elections in some form, primarily for primary and local races. Georgia and Louisiana are two well-known examples that use run-offs in their general elections if no candidate wins a majority in the initial voting round. Additionally, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina use run-offs for primary elections to ensure that candidates secure a majority before advancing.

Some states have also adopted ranked-choice voting (RCV), a form of instant run-off election, where voters rank candidates in order of preference. Alaska and Maine use RCV in some elections, including federal ones. RCV allows a type of majority consensus without needing a separate, follow-up run-off election.

*Furthermore, I did move to a new country and enjoy it's political discourse with multiple parties and run-off. *

I think a run off system would help 3rd party, independent discussions, and less black and white policy in the United States immensely. We need alternative view points in order to move forward. The Constitution- and your comment about how people have died for it, therefore my suggestion to improve it, is irrelevant. Too many people died in slavery and under racist institutions, which is why it was amended. It can be done.

Governments are well designed when they flex and change with environments and socio economic situations; there is nothing in the constitution about a two party system.

The U.S. Constitution does not forbid a run-off election system, leaving electoral processes largely up to the states. Many states and municipalities have adopted run-off or alternative voting methods for their elections. It's not unconsitutional. It's actually more un-American to suggest that a citizen is not free to have an opinion about the political process, see the first amendment, which is what people HAVE died for.
