As an American in Europe i feel like I'm simultaneously the representative for my entire country and also it's apologist. No place is heaven. But Americans should get out to experience life outside of the Golden cage (or cage match now) to see and experience what a new reality is like, what is like to live without guns. What its like to have Healthcare. After all, thats how new ideas about civilizations and life bloom. Just dont forget to go home, and start creating the community you want to see.
